I booked this hotel from AGODA for my family. And the payment was made online, But on seeing all the senior citizens, the hotel owner's mood was disturbed and he acted as he would trouble all those people. the hotel staff did not allow them to check in, and behaved very rudely. And the customer care of Agoda and Fab were call them but hotel not picking up. They showed the payment receipt but he did not accept it. I request everyone please do not stay in this hotel.. I was very upset with this hotel. And I tell everyone if you love your money, don't go here.

Booked the property from Agoda app and did online payment also. But they said there's no booking done and they denied to talk with Agoda customer service. The hotel receptionist was very rude and they denied the check-in. I will not recommend anyone to stay here even if the hotel offers you great discount.

The hotel is absolutely abhorrent to stay and has degraded its standards over the years. I had visited in 2018 and had had a decent stay then - with the same expectations had booked a room for my parents for 2 nights but the level of service provided was lesser than sub-standard. I can keep on ranting about the support staff and manager and their uncaring attitude but don't want to waste much time on all this. Do yourself a favor and never book a room here. Absolutely gutted and have turned hateful towards this Fab Hotels as a brand post this experience. Oh and when I raised this with Fab Hotels they first took 5 days to even give a meaningful reply and all they said was that here is a Rs 500 coupon for your next visit with Fab Hotels - really these guys are such pigs!!
