Rooms are good. But service is not upto the mark. It's very slow. One has to remind everyday for breakfast and after asking you will get it after more than half an hour. For 3 days and 2 persons, 1 small soap and 1 botte of drinking water was provided. Food was good. Definitely improvable

Booking Details: Hotel: FabHotel Rosewood Inn - Hotel Near Amritsar Junction Railway Booking ID: 41EMOP, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not trust the owner. 1. We found Cockroaches 2 on the bed and 3 on the floor. 2. Hotel staff blamed us for the Table Glass Breakage which we had not done. The table was covered under the window curtains because of which we did not notice the breakage during our stay. In this room, aged ladies were staying, if we had broken the glass, why would we hide the stuff that could hurt the ladies? My daughter who is 3 years old was also roaming around the room. We asked them to show the broken pieces to us and there was confusion between the staff and owner about whether the glass was broken or just cracked. We didn't have much time to argue about this because we had to catch our train “Golden Temple” towards Mumbai at 6:55 PM so we had to give him compensation for which we were not supposed to. We recommended this hotel to one of our friends who was going to visit Amritsar but after this incident, I told him not to book this hotel.

In the season of winter, outside room is much warmer than inside room. When asked for extra blankets first they denied, after requesting the provided a very dirty blanket. Toilets were also not clean. Not recommended for family

Weird location, such a small passage that even auto rider refused to go inside. Staff was cooperative. Internal kitchen only serves tea that too after 9 am. no kettle in room. We booked family room, with 2 double beds. it was so conjusted that only one person can move in room at a time. very small cubboard, after keeping our luggage, we failed to open it. the gap between beds was only one feet. Would never recommend fab hotels to anyone. No ventilation. It looked like, they converted single room to double one without bothering about comfort of customers.
