The Fabhotel Rosewood Inn looks nothing like it appears in the photos. While it is located conveniently near the Bhagsunath parking, during our stay the internet did not work even once, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom (devoid of an exhaust fan) constatly wet. The 'included' breakfast is actually delievred from the restaurant down the road, and is available only after 8.45 am, when the restaurant opens. One cannot even eat in the dining space. The delivered breakfast does not serve even eggs--and to top it all, the water ran out early in the morning. We could not call the reception to complain, as the phone at the reception is turned off between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions. The staff tried to be of help, but the owners definitely do not pay them enough to surmount the gigantic structural deficits.

Wifi did not work properly, losing signal at times. One of rooms booked was smelling badly, got it changed. People are nice but facility needs to be improved

Rooms are big and balcony view is quite good. You will able to see the entire mountain range from here. Service is also good. Food here is good but kinda costly. Be cautious NO WIFI here, but networks are good you will able to enjoy good internet speed if you have jio, airtel and voda(not sure about others). No AC ( you wont be needing one in any weather condition). Bhagsu waterfall is also near just a walking distance of 1.5km and main sqaure is also 1.5km far so.. everything here is good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here..
