The rooms were very basic . But were clean and comfortable . The linen and the pillows were definitely old and not as crisp and nice . The staff was very good and helpful at all times . The pictures do not match the reality at all . It’s not as plush and nice as in the pictures . The room had no windows . So the only light was that of the tube lights and light fixtures . No fresh air either Overall good value for money

Rooms are small but clean and do what they need to do. Great location and for the price, well maintained with good service. Maybe bathroom buckets can be changed out or just avoid altogether. I'd rather see no buckets than really old dirty ones (but insides were clean). The lobby is a little scary, so for girls or women on their own it might feel unsafe. But on the whole, great staff, and decent stay.

Receptionist was very arrogant and was not humble and polite. Rooms were not as per the images but was decent including the washroom. They don't have their own restaurant or bar so plan accordingly. Service can be improved a bit but rest everything was fine.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Unless you are a bachelor and this is a last resort, avoid the place. Fab hotels CS will paint a lovely picture. But the pics and rooms don't match. The reception staff is extremely rude, AC leakes water, bathroom is disgusting with no proper soap or doormat. Even late check out instruction which was promised was not provided Avoid at all costs
