The location was great but we faced one issue. The rooms we got were not cleaned so they gave us another room but that was also not cleaned up. After complaining they finally gave us another clean room but the beds were separate. All this happened after 10 pm as we were only staying for rest from our car trip. It is possible that this happened because of lack of staff during pongal holidays. The breakfast we got was really good and yummy. Very homely.

Highly disappointed with room allocation. I paid for three occupancy but while check in hotel management said give us few hours will arrange three occupancy, till then you can refresh in two occupancy. Even by end of the day they didn't provided three occupancy even after multiple reminders. When i asked to pay back of third occupancy charges. They suggested to contact fab hotels "You didn't booked room with us in offline. If you booked room in offline they are providing better offers and best deal". Whole night our family struggled in two bed. I didn't expected this kind of behaviour from fab hotels network. I expected better management. I suggest don't book fab hotels

Rooms can be kept a bit more clean. Daily room cleaning was not done despite the request. Car parking is an issue as hardly there space for it. However, the staff was cooperative on this aspect. Some juggling is required.

We booked 1 room & It was confirmed that it will be a King size bed but once we entered the room, we found it was 2 single bed, we have a kid, we told them to provide at least a single piece queen size bed so that we can accommodate our kid in between us. But they didn't provide. Room window was not getting closed as the window lock was broken & mosquitos are coming inside. We told them to change the room but they denied. Such an worst experience.
