Feels like a scam. They're using the names of fabhotels, yet not even providing basic amenities like drinking WATER. We visited Ahmedabad for a conference and Even after paying extra for early check-in, there was no water and electricity in the hotel for many hours. The linen were all used and dirty. Worst experience. We had to shift. Highly disappointed.

Room was full of smell, tea ordered took 45 mins. All oyo standards are being followed as it is an OYO too. Fab is just another source to deceive the clients. We checked out immediately. Need full refund.

The hotel is nothing like in the photos. The rooms are dingy and musty with no windows and require the fan and AC to be switched on for 10-15 minutes for the smell to clear. There is no kitchen/restaurant on the premises but some 100 metres away. So even a cup of tea can take as long as half an hour to arrive. I was also told the terrace is not open to guests.The only positive was that it was close to Mahatma Mandir, where I had some work. I'll not be staying here ever again.
