Guys, please never go to this hotel. This is a very bad, dirty, and unsafe hotel. You guys should never go to this hotel. Nothing in this hotel works properly. The geyser does not operate. TV does not work in that hotel. Don't see the 4 or 5-star review; all reviews are fake. This hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. The front desk guys were the worst and indifferent.

1) Price was including breakfast and breakfast was a joke! 2) Towel provided 3) Tooth Brush n paste was not available. Reception staff was helpful and were cordial people. We shall appreciate refund for breakfast Thank you

The place is very bad the rooms are stingy and many of the things are not working in this hotel. The staff is non cooperative and is careless. There is no cleaning staff available the room is not cleaned once it's issued Last day i saw how they clean the room the person took a broom and cleaned around the surfaces of floor and he didn't mind to clean under the bed the cigarette leftovers were still lying around and then the guy just sprayed some water around 20ml and cleaning was over in less than 5 mins. We had a five days stay during my stay we were never offered food,water,or towels. The toilet is not being cleaned after our stay and the door lock is also not working The water is tap flows very slow and takes more than 30 mins to fill the bucket The water is very salty and smelly in taps When asked for drinking water the hotel room guy gave us water filled in bisleri bottle without any seal so now you would be able to understand how hygienic this place is I don't understand how this hotel works I came to understand from locals that people come here with some other purpose ex 1 hr meeting
