Room was clean to standard for the price and the staff were very accomodating. The restaurant served good food at fair prices. I would stay here again. I have stayed at other hotels within the same neighborhood and this one is the best I have experienced.

I’ve never had to change hotels before but this was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been in. We booked it for $25 dollar the night. Guy asked us for way more money than what we booked it for. They didn’t accept credit card so we had to pay cash. The room was filthy and disgusting. Walls were gross. Bed sheets and pillows had stains and were completely dirty. Felt unsafe just walking down the hallway. Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt but we immediately booked a new hotel. They didn’t even offer partial or a refund when we were leaving. They had the audacity to even ask why we were leaving and we mentioned it was dirty and they argued it wasn’t dirty. Made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable there. Save yourself before booking…I don’t care that we lost money but hoping this review gives people a better light on the hotel. it’s better for you to sleep on the floor at the airport than booking a stay here. WiFi was slow too so if you’re hoping to get some sleep or watch a movie…don’t even bother.

Location is very close to airport. Only problem faced was the route. Otherwise room cleanliness, maintainence everything was good. Staff cooperative. Easy to find. Price reasonable. Overall recommended.

Extremely bad experience and here is a list of reasons why 1.Tiny rooms-hardly space to move when 2 beds were put 2.The label on the towels provided were of some other hotel named bell point-probably second hand 3.The room was dingy and sheets unclean 4.The lock and handles on the door were unreliable 5.No kettle or water was provided.Demanded extra money for bottled water. 6.Common areas including restaurant was dirty. 7.Tried to charge us four days breakfast instead of three. Pros 1.Bathroom was good sized and geyser was working. Conclusion: Not worth the money try somewhere else

The hotel rooms are terrible (hair on the sheets and evidence of bed bugs), windowless and bathrooms with a bucket to wash yourself from. We suspect that the recent name change to the Kndia Hotel may be designed to dodge poor reviews. The neighborhood is beyond noisy and the video security system and metal detector in the lobby may speak to the safety of the area. We left without being offered or receiving even a partial refund . . . .
