Excellent rooms infrastructure with a proper hygiene washroom and top class working air conditioner and super quality of food. I have received the top class services by hotel manager and owner. Treats every guest as their own guest and very decent. Thank You Uday Vilas for the stay.

The most pathetic,Worst and horrible, experience i had in my life. The bed room n bathroom was entirely dirty , unhygienic, and in pathetic condition. Surprise was that staff was not paying to attention to your problem. They casually say jab staff aayega tab room clean Kara denge.. tab Tak manage kar lijiye. The front staff was arrogant..tea and food was served in plastic bag n news paper. No plate or spoon or cup was served. TV was not working. Bathroom were previously used n not clean while we check in at 2 PM..a typical OYO level hotel. Staff was literally ghatiya n rude , arrogant and was very unmannered. Not safe for family stay. U risk ur respect n life if you still go there. Even road side dharmshalaa is much better than this hotel. Not even worth for rs 100.
