We were here for last 3 days, the hotel lobby and reception area looks attractive but apart from that the full property needs maintenance, washroom is not at all clean,even after telling our room cleaning was not done,there are no staff who are professionals, breakfast is not at all worth the amount they are charging, we were provided with 1ltr mineral drinking water for 03 person as complementary per day, when asked we were told that only 1 ltr is given for double and triple occupancy. Had a very bad experience with this hotel stay. Will not recommend this to anyone

The rooms are dysfunctional. We found used beer bottles in the room. The washroom didnt have any supplies. The towel hanger was broken. The curtains and walls were stained. WIFI was not available. The staff is unhelpful. No one bothered to clean the room properly. We were given keys to an incorrect room (where people were already staying) Overall super bad experience.

Excellent hotel at affordable price. Swimming pool is super awesome. Ambience of the hotel is intriguing. Breakfast has variety of options. Food is really delicious. Staff present at the time.of Breakfast are courteous. Many sweet shops and eateries are around the hotel. Hotel is adjacent to Sindhi Colony Bus stand. Place is too noisy all the time, but we couldn't hear anything inside our room. Parking is available at the backside of the hotel. Overall a lovely place to stay for 2 to 3 days.

I'll write very genuine review. Rooms & cleanliness is zero. No hygiene is maintained. Looks like they never mop the floor even in corridor or rooms. When it comes to room housekeeping they don't refills the item neither change the bedsheet & blanket. Don't even clean the bathroom. Looks like very old construction. No as such fort vibe was there. Very cheap hotel. Very badly smelling the entire hotel. Room service is pathetic, you order something you'll get next day. They take good time to prepare your order. Firstly They have given us room in which entire bathroom was leaking. They don't even check the room properly to before giving it to you. Fake fort look.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Fort Chandragupt Hotel in Jaipur, and my experience was nothing short of a horror show. This so-called "luxury" establishment turned out to be a complete nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter. First and foremost, the washroom in our room was a disaster. I can't emphasize enough how appalling the hygiene conditions were. The stench that greeted us upon entering was enough to make anyone's stomach turn. It was clear that the cleaning staff had overlooked the most basic standards of cleanliness. The entire room seemed to be engulfed in a nauseating odor that lingered throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the washroom was missing a crucial element – the jet spray. I was left baffled and inconvenienced by the absence of this basic amenity. It's mind-boggling that a supposedly upscale hotel would overlook such a fundamental feature in a washroom. If the lack of a jet spray wasn't enough, the cold water situation was unbearable. It seemed like the hotel's idea of luxury was to subject its guests to icy showers throughout their stay. I shivered my way through what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, all thanks to the hotel's inability to provide even a basic necessity like warm water. To top off this nightmarish experience, I couldn't shake the feeling that our room was haunted. Strange noises echoed through the halls at odd hours, and an unsettling atmosphere permeated the entire building. The overall vibe of the place left me with a sense of discomfort and unease that I've never experienced in any other hotel. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Fort Chandragupt Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Jaipur. The washroom issues, the smelly room, the missing jet spray, the perpetually cold water, and the eerie haunted feeling make this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the agony and choose a more reputable establishment for your stay in Jaipur.
