Had a bad experience with the hotel staff, rude, careless & argumentative. Booked two double bed room and when reached at the property started saying only single bed room available. Even after giving preferences, staff started argument that we can only give single bed room at 11pm in the night. Staff instead of accepting the allotment fault was rudely talking and shouting. Blueing an avid traveller and with experiences in multiple hotel chains it’s the harshest customer experience I had till now. Hope management takes a toll of it and train the staff accordingly. Best

I recently visited the hotel's restaurant primarily for coffee, but to my disappointment, it wasn't available at that time. We decided to try the fresh pineapple juice, but it was disappointingly diluted, with more water than pineapple flavor. The omelette we ordered was just okay. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, especially in terms of beverage quality.

Terrible experience of theft during a stay at ITC Fortune Ghaziabad for a family wedding. Staff stole a pair of portable BOSE speakers from my purse left in the room for the day (with do not disturb on), and also broke into the locker in my room to steal an tablet device. Find my Device on google for the tablet clearly shows that the device was shifted from Ghaziabad to Rishikesh on the day that we left it behind in the room. The lockers in half our rooms were already not working, and those that were were opened and stolen from. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. These thefts occurred on two different days during my four day stay, so it is a REGULAR occurrence there. Management not willing to investigate the matter or take any responsibility.
