We can book through online, phone calls and also on the spot bookings are available. Very neat and clean rooms, superb tasty buffet foods, roof top restaurant, and an amazing swimming pool are there in fortune. Extraordinary 3 star hotel. The buffet rate is 900 + tax. Pre booking is needed for the buffet. A party halls is also available in fortune. A highly enjoyable stay will be here.

This is one of the best hotels of Vellore. Rooms and in general complete hotel premises are quite posh and well maintained. Location is also pretty good. Best part is the roof top Sky dining restaurant.

First class service. As a solo traveller I often feel lonely. So it was an unexpected delight to find ALL of the staff at the Fortune Vellore exceptional at making me feel as if I was at a home from home, making me fee part of the "family." From the Front Desk, to F&B, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make me and my stay feel extra special.

Horrible unpalatable food and unprofessional team just stage managing the show with shallow hospitality gimmicks. The wait time the body language is super bad. AQYou can go to other restaurants which charge less and provide better quality of service and even better food. I feel sad for the guests and foreigners. Such a disgrace. This review is exclusive for the ground floor restaurant. They have perfected the art of poor quality of service and unpalatable food. They also don't care two hoots for guests when you enter the restaurant. Don't feel bad you have not received the best of their hospitality. It's simply not in their DNA. Just avoid this place. We have been here quite a few times and this is consistent.

1) None to converse in Tamil even at the receptionist level to communicate your concerns. 2) The first room had a huge stain noticed right at entrance - which we reported and was shifted to another. 3) The second had no water coming in the bathroom - which we did not report. 4) Breakfast food was horrible as mentioned in the reviews. This is more of a 2 star hotel in reality and fake 4 star. I think even this review hardly gets noticed
