Noisy rooms.. Theatre sound comes into room. Complain was ignored by staff. Cleanliness needs to improve. Customer satisfaction is important. Charges doesn't justify the ambience nor the room. Only saving grace was breakfast buffet which was good.

Had a horrible experience yesterday on 30th Jan 2024 While visiting a restaurant in fortune haldwani the valet who took my car took 3000 rupees from a small bag placed in the glove box. Ashamed on myself for trusting a renowned brand of hotel chain in india...

Its a cool place to have a luxury bite with your friends and family. Taste is okay to good , dont expect too spicy or hot taste, its more on the refined elegant side. Cost is okay for the infrastructure , views & services included. Car parking is there in the hotel itself. For bar & drinks, i eould say there are much independent places as there are too many restrictions regarding smoke & all..
