I would rate it 3 stars for a stay and 3 stars for food. Although their room almirah and furniture were in dust. Service was good. And the room serviced its purpose for the stay.

The behavior of all staff members was very polite and cheerful.The decoration in the Kitty party hall was beautiful. Food ,specially starters was very delicious. Dealing with manager Mishraji was very clear,smooth and helpful. We really had a great party there...

I had stay here many time due to company work but the room service is very poor.After many call reminder they did not provide housekeeping service(Ask for sleepers /dental kit/Saving kit not not responding and today I ask for tea/coffee and time morning 7:05 AM but front desk staff denied and told me about our staff not here so pls use room kitchen pantry.Hotel staff not good. Room cleaning not proper. Hotel room worth not as per initialled hotel room charges. If hotel management not correct it so pls rate hotel rating 2* or below if any category available .
