Hotel was enough good, considering their ambience, cleanliness, interior. But they are not aware of customer satisfaction! Complimentary buffet is myth there! They serve cold food, uncooked poori and tasteless watery dal or side dishes. Only cha & coffee was good in their complimentary breakfast section! If I talk about their food quantity according to their prices! It makes me disappointed as hell! Food quantity and quality both are worthless! They charge standard but provide low quality and quantity food! Room service was not up to the mark! They should include BENGALI thali in their own restaurant. Among all, the most horrible thing is their roadside rooms! My god! It was terrified to sleep there peacefully! Vehicle honking made us awake all night! So if you visit Four square, make sure your room isn't roadside! One more thing, you should know! They charge 50/- per head to avail pool!

Not so close to beach. Charge high for rooms (and higher on holidays). In my case they declared no rooms available, but I found it available in goibibo. Everything is 'good'. Evening experience at swiming pool was awesome.

First of all, this message to the Owner of The Four Suare Holidayz. Good afternoon Sir, Myself Pratap Kumar Panigrahi, l was stayed at your hotel on 31th May 2023 with Galaxy Hospitality card. And our booking in your hotel in the name of Mr. Chittaranjan Sahu (friend). We would like to inform you that your room, house keeping boy and your receptionist are very good and well behaved to us. And your food quality is also nice. We greatful about that. But subject is not that, today I am writing to you that all your restaurant staff behavior is not good, we sit in the restaurant about 15 min. but non of your staff came to us for taking order or offering water. Then i wake up from my seat and gave my order on the restaurant manager's table, then they are taking my order, that is the sad thing we faced at your hotel. They are not behaving properly. And also in evening time we face the same thing. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you...
