My stay at Fragrant Nature was truly rejuvenating. The serene backwaters surrounding the resort create a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall hospitality. Dining options were delightful, showcasing local flavors. A perfect escape for relaxation and immersion in nature."

1. Great location. It is a beautiful, scenic & colossal property. The room is just beside the lake. 2. Room is spacious, with a beautiful balcony and living room. 3. The quality of the Bathroom is fantastic. 4. High-quality of bedsheet and bedding was provided. 5. Behavior & service by all staff is noticeable. 6. Food is also tasty & affordable. 7. it is a 4-star hotel based on amenities & facilities. 8. Great value for money.

Up a side road from the main road through Paravur, so not easy to get to unless driving or in a taxi. (Hotel will arrange transport if required). Rooms and bungalows are set in a big well maintained garden bordering a lake. Food was excellent and the dining area the best I used in Kerala, first floor up in the tree tops open all round with ceiling fans. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Do take the boat ride from the hotel which gives the layout of the lake and shows the scenery the area is famous for. Also do walk the lakeside path through the hotel garden to get a real feel for the place.

We went for a premium Lake view villa and our experience was much left to be desired for. There's definitely scope for improvement in the way rooms are maintained. The curtains looked like they needed a good wash. The curtains rods were old and rusty making it difficult to operate the curtains. I really liked the idea of eco conscious water bottles, but their bottles were in a sorry state of rusty caps and algae. We asked them to change the bottles but instead they ended up giving the mineral water bottles. Coming to the service by the restaurant staff, I have never seen a staff so disinterested in serving the customers. They always used to stay out of sight chatting away with other colleagues on or off the premises. Our overall experience was average. The resort has a lot of potential to be better than what it offers.
