Disappointing dining experience by gadiraju palace restaurant Poor Food, Unpleasant Smell on the table, food particles not cleaned, and worst Service I never recommend it to friends and family, adding to the disappointment, the ambiance was disrupted by an unfortunate smell emanating from the table, The wait staff appeared disorganized and overwhelmed, leading to extended wait times to place our orders on paper and forgotten to place order and delayed to receive our food. Additionally, attempting to flag down a server for assistance or even basic requests like pepper and salt not being placed on the table became an arduous task due to their inattentiveness. unsatisfactory food, an unpleasant smell, and poor service made for an incredibly disappointing dining experience i sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable experience in the future.

We travelled as a large family group. Our experience was excellent. All the staff who work at this hotel were friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile to serve us and keep us happy. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food is very good . We loved the individual attention given to us to make our stay a very happy one. I have stayed in many hotel around the world but I rate my stay at Gadiraju Palace as a happy and memorable one. Special commendation to all the restaurant staff Ms. Mary, Ms. Jenny, Ms. Kiramaya , Mr.Bharat and all other restaurant staff and chef Mohammed Shamsher for the excellent food and service. Our stay was a very happy and comfortable one.

Visited the restaurant, not stayed in the room. Had dinner, service took more than expected time, taste is excellent. Felt happy with ambiance and over all experience. Nice place to visit again.

On our very recent trip to vizag, had a fantastic stay at the Gadiraju Palace, rooms were just charming & very tidy , food was another level, very scrumptious & tasty.Entire ambience of the place was very engaging cozy n soft colours used, hues were beautiful, just one word to describe our experience is BEAUTIFUL. Their hospitality was great, esp Mr. Nayak & all the staff thanku so much for such a lovely experience. The location of the place is very exotic, beach vicinity... We stayed for 2 days with family & esp our baby enjoyed the stay alot,staff took care of all our needs very well. Highly recommended & we would love to visit again. Kailash giri & teenethi park was on walking distance. Must try : their biryanis are fabulous & the breakfast buffet was just waaao!!

On my last Sunday visit to Gadiraju Palace, a disappointing service experience, by Bhakta and Kiranya was untrained, our table was left unattended for an extended time and requests for simple items like water refills were neglected. Moreover, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, struggling to answer basic questions about the dishes or being unable to provide menu recommendations due to lack of knowledge made it challenging for us to order food, Finally, I would like to say thanks to Jenny helping us until the last services, overall the location and other services, are good plenty of parking place, we informed to the manager in the entrance to the hotel about the incident he was requested to take a complimentary dish dessert but we refused it, we paying the money for food so we need a proper service from the restaurant, I personnel request the restaurant management to take care of there guest services which will damage there credibility.
