Checked out 2 of their property. At first it seemed like a row house in which you would probably get a decent sized room however when i visited the thakur Village place the rooms within the row house are extremely tiny. It would probably work for an emergency stay but definitely, this will not serve someone who's looking to have a decent staycation at a decent place. The staff though, very helpful in showing rooms etc.

I had called for inquiry but got a very rude treatment from your team. The guy on the call was extremely rude and misogynist. He didn't want to talk to a woman. He wasn't ready to clear our doubts and was just repeating his things. He didn't want to answer our queries and moreover he didn't want to talk to a woman!? He just put out his conditions that he won't communicate with a woman. Why have you hired such mysogynistic employee in your team, who doesn't even know how to talk to a customer!?? ******* Reply: This is not a Fake review. I was looking for the property for a long stay of 15 days in Borivali East. A guy named Vikram talked to me. He was rude and mysogynistic!!! I feel it is Vikram who's replying to me. 😂 Seriously such narrow mindedness. Instead of addressing your employees' bad behaviour, they are posting such ridiculous replies. No professionalism at all! I even requested a callback from your chatbot. *******

We stayed at the 3 BHK flat in Santa Cruz east. It was a clean, well kept apartment. Spacious and very clean. What made the stay the best was our wonderful caretaker Somnath. He would take care of all our needs without a question and made some amazing food for us too. The breakfasts and dinners he served were delicious. Would definitely come back to stay in this apartment again.
