Decent budget hotel but not as nice as the photos. It’s very old and not up to date. The furniture is very old, there are holes in the ceiling of the hallways and the bathrooms are not as clean as I would like. The staff yells in the hallway in the mornings and I was woken up by them everyday. Like I said for the price and location this hotel is decent but i wish I paid a little more to stay somewhere nicer and cleaner.

The hotel rooms have a bit of an old charm, but they're cozy and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and willing to help out. Our overall experience was positive, and the location worked well for us.

Located very near to Gateway Of India & other very important places in & around Colaba. Neat & clean rooms, good services, excellent food & cherry on cake was good hospitality & services given by Mr. Narendra Singh. Enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is old. The building has wear and tear. That's visible in the rooms. I stayed there for one night. Broken bins, shabby windows, dirty bathtubs, smelly rooms and blankets. It's not worth the price you pay. You're paying for the location. No doubt it's an ideal location. My question is why are the owners not even taking efforts to merely change a broken dustbin. It's such a sham to see rusted stuff in your room. The hotel wifi 🙄. Let's not go there. Staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Location. Excellent.
