Stayed at Ginger Dwarka and had a super pathetic experience. 1. The people of receptions were totally uncooperative.Had to move from rooms to reception thrice as the room didn't open. 2. Our luggage was dumped all over the flood no-5.They treated us if they did mercy by dropping the luggage at our room. 3.There were hair and used sachets in bathroom( Was not cleaned when the the last guest left) 4.Last but not the least.Fresh juice was water mixed.Tea was cold and no provision for making it warm.Taste less food. Strongly recommend not to visit the hotel.What a waste of time and money.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and even my own home is in better condition. Rust on bathroom fittings only added to the disappointment, as did the need to request the toilet kit multiple times. The restaurant service was both poor and frustratingly slow. Most imp, the absence of a driver's room and essential facilities was quite distressing. The lack of accommodations for my driver, including basic amenities like a washroom and a cup of tea, significantly detracted from the overall experience. If the driver isn't comfortable, the entire journey becomes a regrettable discomfort. Extremely horrible experience. Not recommended

We stayed 2 nights in Jan 24. Romms are good. Location is out of city on the highway no Ola Uber auto available. They do not give breakfast box if you leaving without breakfast for Darshan. You can expect tea in 45 minutes in the lobby/ restaurant. We booked rooms 1 month back directly and found rooms are available at almost half the price on other websites just before 2-3 days.

Horrible experience..... I suggest Don't plan your stay here. I see the first Unhygienic Ginger Hotel in Dwarka. Room Phone not working... Room cleanliness is zero... Bathroom is very bad , water clogging and shower is leaking all the time. Bad smelling in whole room.... Not at all the worth of paying soo much for such a worst service. Ginger is a good hotel chain but Dwarka Ginger is the worst...
