My stay at Global Village Ooty for Pongal was like a whole adventure built with amazing service, beautiful views, and friendly people. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, like the kitchen staff giving us hot tea and the cleaning crew with big smiles. Our room, Majestic Russia, was huge! We could fit extra beds easily and there was always hot water, which felt fancy in such a peaceful place surrounded by nature. The view was like a giant painting, and we could hear birds singing all day. The food was delicious, especially the soft Idly in the morning with yummy sambar with vada, pongal. During the lunch when the rice in the fried rice was a bit broken ( Basmati rice) , the chef personally said sorry and promised to do better next time. The location was far from the busy Ooty town, but in a good way! It was super quiet and peaceful, like breathing in fresh air. Sure, it's 14km from the center, but that didn't matter because it felt like being in a happy bubble. We loved the firewood in the evenings and the kids had fun playing on the slides and trampolines. And the price was great for everything we got! Leaving was sad, but we'll always remember the sound of birds and the kind people. If we ever come back to Ooty, is definitely where we'll stay!

I came here to stay for the second time. First time had come with my friends and the next time with my family. Very good staff, good quality stay and good food. Location is away from main town Ooty but that’s the charm of this location.

Very worst Resorts. Rooms not much good and room service also very poor. Too much price in Restaurant like 5 star hotel. But taste zero.. and quantity very less.
