Pros: Close to bus stand... I usually don't write bad reviews but this place was unfortunately supremely bad in our case... not just hating here. I will attempt to be civil and objective and not let my frustration about this place colour the review too much. This rating is based on our experience, maybe you will not have the same thing happen to you who knows, but I would never wish this experience on anyone. Our room literally smelled like urine(?). The bathroom smelled like sewer, which is kind of normal - but the bathroom smell was actually better than the urine smell in the room haha. Leftovers from food were laying in bed, sheets were not cleaned, and the room was not cleaned at all, completely repulsive. I wish I took some pictures so you could see but I did not unfortunately so you will have to take my word for it... Never seen anything like it. No A/C, just a fan, and it didn't really help, it was so hot we barely slept the entire night. Air was barely breathable, and the windows had no mosquito filter so we "couldn't" open the windows. Staff at the desk was so rude, said they were full even though I had a booking and I had to convince him that we had booked 4 days in advance, he was looking through my emails on my phone - and when we were taken to the room we could see the hotel was not full at all, maybe one other room was taken and the rest were unoccupied. We went to several rooms to see, they did not smell as bad and there were no people living there (?) - but when we asked to switch rooms they said no, and when we said we could pay more they also said no? Horrible experience for us, unfortunately. We checked out as fast as possible. I am not trying to write bad things to be negative, I am simply being honest about our experience so maybe they will make sure future guests will not have the same experience as us. Please, if you have unoccupied rooms that are cleaner and do not smell like urine, why not give it to the customer? I am trying to see it from their perspective, but I am having trouble rationalising their behaviour, actions and reasoning behind this. Can't give more than 1 star, poor room, poor service. Yes, relatively cheap stay - but no price excuses this kind of experience unfortunately.

1500 for a AC room and the service here was pretty good. They have in house cooks with 24 hour service and delicious food with 100-200₹ per person. Location is very nice as it's near koyambadu bus stand and the eatery items nearby are quite rich and have variety.

Great location in between J Jayalalithaa bus stand and Arumbakkam. Receptionist behaves differently with non-Tamils. Communication is a problem. Drinking water is unavailable. Rooms are clean and tidy and charges around Rs 950 per night non-AC.
