On peak season I paid 6k for A/c Room, location is great on kudle beach. Night life is good on beach front restaurants...unlike Goa it's for more Spiritual n Enjoyment. Gokarna city is very congested so does the roads n places and cleanliness.

Ok rooms nothing fancy, but location is perfect and staff is super genuine. They also arranged fresh towels for all of us, we were in two rooms facing the beach. Also keep in mind you have to walk through a small lane to reach the resort, this will get tricky if you have heavy luggage. In our case they sent a porter so it worked out. Overall we recommend this place.

Good place with great ambiance. It's located on the kudle beach and you can have easy access to the beach. Good room service. Swimming pool is also available. Only con about this place currently is the access road to the property. Overall amazing place to stay.😍

The only best part of this place is its location as it's just in front of the kudle beach. The restaurant gives quite good food. The ac cottage seemed quite good from outside. But non ac rooms are very bad.. no hygiene, no cleanliness, not at all maintained.. our switch boards were broken but good part is we didn't get a shock.. the room is filled with damp smell. Sheets, towels provided are in very bad condition. Better to carry your own as you'll definitely get acne out of it. Shower gives only hot water.. tap gives only cold water. Another level of physics is required to take bath.

Location is near to the beach but there is no beach view. Price is on higher side and there are no facilities given for the price demanded. Also the rooms are old and bathroom taps and other things are worn out. Even the double bed is made by joining 2 single beds with separate mattress and that's terrible to sleep for a couple. Found a cockroach strolling inside room. Too many mosquitoes and repellent was provided by the hotel . No breakfast was included for the price of 3000. Went here in 2021 November on a weekend.
