Very good hotel. All the employees were kind and their service was really satisfying. If I go to dargeeling once again I will choose this hotel for sure. The only thing I felt difficult was to climb the road. But it was a new experience.

Every about this hotel is good, except the steep place where it's located.entry of car is not possible most of the time because it's too narrow. Rest everything from,room to service till food everything is v nice.

Very recent stay. 5th June 2023. My Strong suggestion is don't visit to this property. Rooms are worst to the core. Rooms and whole hotel is very unclean and unhygienic. Rooms are small and no chairs to sit & have food. Food quality is also not good. Don't know about service as we checked in & after having lunch immediately checked out as this hotel was a sub standard place to stay. Travel agents will book this hotel to gain more profit but pls don't stay. Access to this hotel fro road is a big time challenge. Very steep to reach. When u open the window u will only c the next building. It's a junk.
