The reception person needs to be polite and welcoming. The guy was soo arrogant and impolite that he seemed to be the owner of the resort. Staffs are polite and co-operative. Overall food is good. Ambient of the restaurant needs more lights as it feels dark.

An outstanding experience at The golden leaf resort. Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and a warm ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend for a delightful and comfortable stay in jamshedpur.

I stayed at this resort from 27.09.2023 to 28.09.2023. My Experience regarding stay was wonderful especially room size, view from balcony and taste of restaurant food was 10 out of 10. Receptionist behavior was very polite, they are ready to help you any time, room service was fast. I had Addmarc membership, process of room booking was tension free only needs to call few days before visiting this resort. Next time Will surely visit this resort and if some one want to spent their leisure time, i will surely recommend them to once go and visit this resort.

They are no.1 fraud. They are cheaters. They sell ticket cards worth 2500 saying that they allow 4 adults for 2 night 3 days but after the payment they switch themselves by saying that we have mentioned only for 1 night that too for 2 adults. This is the scheme for scam. By this experience I assume their service and facilities would also be third class. Request all to not visit this fraud place.

Not a good place at all Very poor services and rooms are very old type Lift facilities are not there Even it’s in a corner of the city Not recommended to book this resort for any purposes The stakeholders should think to renovate the hotels with good amenities Though they have a very big garden, but it’s not well maintained Some good flowers should be planted there Also, they need to look at the services, housekeeping services are too poor- specifically in wedding functions
