Hotel is good Staff is cooperative and attentive Location wise its both good and bad good as it is located near the market area and bad because it is located on slope where there is no place for cabs to wait so you will have to carry your luggage to nearest pickup or drop point though the hotel stop is cooperative and help if available Food is good But a bit too overpriced i think for the overall experience i had

This hotel is elegant and worth it. But as I have spent 4 days in it so according to me there are certain issues: 1) It's located at a great slope which is actually agitating for the tourist to come by foot. 2) The wi-fi is slow and fluctuating. And rest everything is first-rate, therefore enjoy in this hotel with a fabulous and enchanting weather of Darjeeling.

Kind and helpful staff. Rooms were okay. good breakfast. on otherside- In winter - hotel should provide heater without extra charge to customer as it is really cold and no other facility available. Also, Hotel signs should be there on road. otherwise very difficult to locate. ( cant rely on google maps 😀. had to take 2 rounds on one-way before figuring out we need to take immediate left side turn next to Ramada)

I must say the service and hospitality is brilliant, not only the managers also the staff is very polite and kind. They really had trained them well and all are well mannered. They are ready to go extra mile to deliver the best possible solution. Thank you for such a pleasant stay and the lifetime experience. William, Karan and all the staff is really good Keep it up, keep up the good job.
