Please be aware that if you book a room from their website, they don't get the booking details. I went through the same and was made to stay for a day in a different hotel just opposite to their hotel. Also remember that if the staff does any favor on you, be ready to pay for the favor when you checkout. The manager and staff is just looking for ways to extort money . Plus the staff peeps into your room if they hand over any order, which is very creepy. Never had such experience anywhere. There is water problem and geyser doesn't work in the bathroom when there is water supply.

I stay here 7 days a week. everything is good. location,food, staff everything is good. but in 7 days they did not clean my room once that is disappointing only.

Value for money hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. It has an elevator. The corridor is also spacious. The best part is the location. Walkable distance from EGL tech park. Even BMTC bus number 7A coming from the airport drops at the main road which is just 200meters from this hotel. Very convenient. Service is good. The staff responds to the complaints and acts upon it quickly. The only issue is the cleanliness in the bathroom. Also they desperately need to replace the fixtures in the bathroom. Rusted and very old. There is some issue with the water supply everyday morning. The water comes but very little and not with the required force. The wooden furniture in the room is pretty old and creates an impression of untidy. Doing polish on the furniture would definitely help. Overall it's a good experience and value for money hotel.
