Stayed there in Dec,23 for 1 night. Tariff -1000₹ per night Room - 2/5 Service - 3/5 Location - 4/5 There was no window in the room hence the room was bit damp . For the price it was not up to the mark . However they adjusted our check in check out time which was helpful for us. Location wise it was good Charbagh station is in walking distance. If you are just going to sleep for 1 night then you can go for this hotel otherwise there are better hotel in the area.

I had a worst experience in hotel alfa. There is no security for women at night as I had faced worst experience yesterday night in hotel alfa. I had worst experience ever in this hotel. Yesterday night someone tried to break in inside my locked room, I don't know who was that person who was disturbing me & tried to break in.. Was constantly doing up & down in the lock where there is no security.. They targeted my room as I stayed single in the room & harassed me

I haven't seen a more rude staff in my life. I made a booking with them from Make My Trip. I had requested early check in. I called them a day before to check for room availability for early check in to which they said early check in will be available. I reach the hotel at 6am in the morning and requested them for early check in. They very rudely responded that there are no rooms till 12 pm and I should go somewhere else and come back after 12pm. These people are in hospitality business and this is how they behave with customers. 1 thing i want to say to the owner of this hotel " 2 takke ka hotel khol ke baitha hai tu aur ghamand itna zyada? Hotel business tere bas ka nai hai, band kar apna ye chawl".
