Nice rooms 👌, great services, bathroom. Toiletries could have been better as soap and scrubs which other hotels lower than their tariffs offer, need to improve on the complimentary breakfast as other hotels lower than their tariffs offer. If improvements are fine in these items then could be one of the best hotels in Imphal. Otherwise, their food menu is great and in presentation as well as portions as well as taste. Loved it 🤩

I recently booked two rooms (407 and 102) in your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not up to my expectations. While the hotel itself was decent, I must express my disappointment with the front desk office. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful, rather say disappointed. When I asked about the room tariff whilst explaining the condition to her, she said 3400 Rs. But later when the guest checked out, the hotel charged for double occupancy. There were some issues with my billing which I tried to discuss with the staff, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I understand that the hospitality industry can be demanding, but I believe that customer service should always be a top priority. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff at your hotel fell short of this expectation. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of service at your front desk office. Thank you for your attention to this matter. And, the quality of the mattress in the room 102 need to be looked upon. Afterall its a Deluxe Executive. Sincerely,

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks in April 2023, on a business trip. This place is at a convenient location with good connectivity. The rooms are decent, clean, and quiet. The staff is also very friendly and cooperative. I would like to specially mention the name of Mr. Chingkhei Ningthoujam, one of the managerial staff in the hotel. I faced some medical situation and he went out of the way to help me deal with it. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend the travellers to prefer this place. Only downside is the rooms and food are a bit pricey.
