Budget friendly rooms both dorms and private room. Location is also apt a km from paid parking. Rooms are clean, washrooms are clean. Service is good. For food it is better to explore local market.

We stayed with gostops in December. The dorms are comfortable, common area has some good games, staff is helpful, cafe is open 24x7, they organise bonfire and bbq every night, view from some rooms is breathtaking, you can not miss the sunrise and sunset specially in winters. The checkin system is a but time taking and irritating, if you don’t have the app you won’t be able to get in your room, the door can only be opened with the mobile app. Lastly not a fan of the private room no heaters were provided in the room even after asking for it, washroom was clean, but I don’t think it was worth the price. Location can be confusing though, it is 2 km from Library chawk, and to go to mall road you’ll have to hike 2 km on a steep road or take cab. I will say it is great for people travelling solo as you can make friends in your dorm, groups can stay in one dorm it will be budget friendly and you can stay in one room with separate beds just check if the washroom is clean, because the dorm we stayed at the washroom was stinking very bad.

We visited in January 2023. I don't know about the people with poor experience. But myself and my friends, we were more than happy with the experience. The vibe of the place was awesome. The rooms were very good. We booked dorms via Goibibo app. The deal could not be any better. The location was also great. The view from the room and the balcony was awesome. We got scooty from here which was also dealt very smoothly. Absolutely can be booked without thought.

Worst experience ever! UNBEARABLY smelly rooms and bathroom. We booked a whole dorm and the first thing we noticed was the foul smell inside the room and the bathroom. The bathroom sink was leaking so we asked for a change of room, the other room was also in pathetic condition with stained bed sheets, and disgusting bathroom smell. 0/10, will never recommend.
