I just visited this place, I've booked a room for 1000 with early check in facility provided at the time of booking on make my trip, after reaching hotel they said they can't provide room if you want only AC room is available for which you have to pay more 1200/- rupees, next day they provide a taxi for trissur railway station but the driver is also very cheater and he also demands more money than fixed for the service. So be careful when you visit kerala.

The hotel is located near the temple where you can park your cars and proceed for Darshan. Only concern is the number of car parking as its very less, otherwise agood experience with the Hotel.

The Govind Regency has some areas for improvement. The night staff didn't provide the best service as they seemed preoccupied with their own tasks even during check-in. The rooms, while clean, have an outdated appearance and are in need of a refresh. However, the hotel's prime advantage lies in its proximity to Guruvayoor temple, just a 500-meter walk away. To ensure comfort, it's advisable to choose rooms on the ground or second floor, as the top floor tends to get excessively hot.

I had booked a room recently. It is non refundable. Only advantage is situated near to the temple.The reception poeple itself is not hospitable. I had booked an extra bed too. But while entering to the room it was not been provided.Then when i asked for it they said it is Rs. 250 extra. Later they rectified their mistake and provided an extra bed wich was smelly. I will never recomment this high boosted hotel to anyone. It is not worthy the money you give.
