Not happy with this hotel. Does not have proper hot water in the bathroom. Shower heads don’t function correctly at all hence had to request for a bucket to have nearly cold showers. Staff unable to fix the issue as that was the best they could do. Room prices are very high when it lacks simple shower amenities. Also due to oversight fridge drinks were missed to be billed but staff started frantically ringing all numbers provided on their client database to reach out and we were informed that hotel would recover the Rs. 300 change from their staff if this was not paid urgently. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel service is good .. staff are courteous and friendly.. clean maintenance and good ambience… The restaurant Cinnamon- Kitchens of India is really good with variety of dishes.. In Cinnamon, the hospitality shown by Ms.Rose is exemplary and pleasing as well, with a good service.. Mr Vel is also hospitable.. overall nice staff and good service

The stay was great and service was up to the mark. The miss was with the food at breakfast. Need to improve in terms of the taste of food. The front desk attendees were also very cordial. Overall it was a good experience.

Was looking for a stopover on my way from Kochi to Chennai and had to choose between Grand Estancia and another name nearby and quite glad that I chose this hotel. The rooms were good and location was easy but the best part was the service of the staff - I was riding my bike and they were considerate in parking my bike in a secure and safe spot which generally requires some haggling in other hotels. The food in the Indian restaurant was also awesome. Overall a great experience.
