I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife during her interview at the US Consulate, it was 15 mins away so we I chose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and all the staff were very assisting and nice people. We had a king bed reservation but they were out so we had to get a Queen but we made it work. Price is fair enough for the quality and name of the hotel as it is an Hyatt, I’d recommend to stay here if you are touring Mumbai or have any type of work or business.

5 star hotel in affordable price. Many rooms are there. Room service is very slow. It is taking 10-15 mins to deliver water bottle in room . Food price is very high. Gym, common and residence swimming pool, conference room, wedding hall are are available. Staff is very cooperative and behaviour is very good. Location is very good. Santacruz railway station and Airport is also nearer. Communication is also good. Rooms are neat and clean.

Great stay overall. Bars open even past midnight. Could afford as a part of business visit. Personally would call it unaffordable. City centre and close to BKC. Swimming pools , room services etc. available. Nothing less than a luxury this place is. Great views of Mumbai cityscape from the rooms.
