Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect. The location, the rooms, the breakfast. Everything close by and accessible. The thing my kids liked the most was the bath tub.

Cozy dine and bar area with a huge tv screen. Good for friends hangout. No smoke inside. Fast service and good taste

The hotel is very close to the airport about 2.5km from the airport. We booked hotel for two days, but we stay only for one day. The nature of the reception staff there is very bad. When we check in the hotel, we tell in the reception that we have to check out tomorrow morning at 5:45, so please arrange for breakfast tomorrow morning. Then the staff there said that if you speak in the evening, we will do it. Then I told you in the evening the same thing to us that you will make arrangements for tomorrow's breakfast. He said ok I will get the parcel done tomorrow morning. The day when we had to check out in the morning, at that time also around 5:20, I called him and told him, but when we asked for breakfast at the time of check out, the person who was there in the reception, he completely refused to tell us I have no idea about your breakfast. When we spoke twice, he tells that person that I don't know anything about him. This shows that the service of the hotel is very poor. It is a request to all of you that if you want good service, then please never go to this Hotel

Experience at the hotel was good. It's a good hotel for a business trip. Rooms are neat and tidy. The rooms are small. There were frequent power cuts during our stay, but hotel had generator backup. Food quality was good. Breakfast had good options. Room service was prompt. We arrived at the horelearlier via a morning flight. The manager allowed early check_ins as the rooms were available. Over all a good experience.
