Dear Grand Victoria Panchgani Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful property, and I wanted to share my feedback. Firstly, the location is simply breathtaking. The panoramic views of the valley and the serene ambiance make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers like me. The well-maintained gardens and lush green surroundings added to the charm. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and the thoughtful amenities provided. The staff at Grand Victoria Panchgani were exceptional. They were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to dining at your restaurant, the service was impeccable. Speaking of dining, the food at your restaurant was a culinary delight. The variety and quality of dishes served were outstanding, and I must commend the chefs for their expertise. The dining experience overlooking the valley was truly memorable .

Our stay with the Fern hotel was excellent with clean rooms. All our requests were humbly taken care of by Rugved, Chanchala and team. Had a great conversation with them too. The restaurant also complied with our request of warm water and refilled them whenever it was empty. These are small things that matters. The restaurant has a great team. Ganesh, Ganpat, Abhishek, Sawmi and Puii also with their humble etiquette made our experience lovely and team made sure that our needs are fulfilled. The freshly prepared coffee by Ganesh during breakfast was loaded with freshness. Keep the great work team

The stay at the resort was amazing. Definitely the place to visit if you wish to relax and rejuvenate. The property is lavish giving all the luxury vibes. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. The breakfast and dinner has a variety of buffet offerings that are lip smacking. All in all a great stay. Definitely recommended

Had booked this hotel for 3 nights, the rooms are decent, however the food is too bad. The breakfast spread was same each day, the food was tasteless, we had to visit other nearby restaurants to eat food as the food in the hotel was just not edible! The room size is small, we had been to Fern Satara and the rooms there were quite spacious, however the rooms in this property are quite small. The service at the hotel is also quite slow. The rooms are clean, location is good.

We group of 56 persons went to this hotel on 1st to 3rd Dec 2023 for an official conference. This is a general category hotel & not a resort. We wish to inform you that this hotel is not at all user friendly. Charges are too high for small small things/activities. Rooms are very small & congested. Very small hotel compared to the category. Food is also not at all up to the marks. Very first day they served food in that one vegetable was rotten. Hotel booking team is not at all good & not supportive.
