We booked the room on Make my trip and received a confirmation but when we went to check in, the receptionist said that there were no empty rooms. We spoke to the owner of the facility and we were given a room at this place. While I must say that the room is good, the stairway is soooooooo small. It is like climbing the stairs in Charminar in Hyderabad. One good thing also is that the Rock beach is just 5 minutes away from this place. I would not recommend this place if you are willing to spend 3k for one day.

Small room with minimal amenities. The only good thing is it's proximity to the beach. Otherwise book it for a 700 and not more. Small room with cheap bedding. Single room on each floor and you have to lock 3 doors when you go out. Only one caretaker who doesn't understand english or hindi properly. Don't pay more than 800 900 for this.

The name justifies greatness with certain limitations. It has total 5 rooms, (AC rooms, but in one of 2 rooms I booked, AC was not working, additional fan was present. The room with AC also had mini refrigerator). The staff was very nice. It is approximately 250meters away from Ashram/Manakula Vinayak Temple, from sea beach and from restaurants. Market is bit far (close to 1km from here).
