Worst experience. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews wich hotel puts up for improving their ratings. They denied stay for 3 people even after I hade booked the room for 3 people online. They took the money by saying 3 people but on arrival they ased extra 400 rupees for 3rd person. Staff is very bad and good for nothing. They have only one answer that "we can't do any thing and you should talk to customer service. And we don't care about you giving us bad ratings." Such a pathetic behaviour and unwillingness to help their own customers is verry surprising.

It’s took us around half an hour to search the hotel. We cross the hotel two times then decided to ask guard. He guided us that the hotel is above clinic and there is no sign or any board which show that this is the hotel we actually have to go. So it’s really feel unsafe as we don’t know that we are going in the right place which we have booked or some other. One time we even thought that we have trapped into scam.

It’s not that great when you think as hotel. It’s cheap that’s it. About service - there are no staff for housekeeping. You won’t even get complimentary water unless you ask for it. That too you will get after calling 3-4 times. Breakfast has only omelette and coffee. Linen is not changed daily. I was here for my work for 4 days. Nobody is bothered to change linen or any other things of basic needs. All the 5 star reviews are paid reviews probably.
