Stayed at single room non Ac for a day. They allowed day only stay instead of others insisting for 2 day fare or not allowing early check in. Staff was polite. Room was small but tidy. Hot water, Wifi was available. Rate is not cheap, not heavily unreasonable too.. Good for a stay when you have to catch a flight or wait for picking up someone

Near to Cochin airport walking distance of 1km, 15 mins by walk. Budget option for short stay. Overall good experience by staff as they have newly taken over. Rooms are small but comfortable for two people. Well maintained. 👍🏻
