Food is average. The tandoor snack options are very bad. The breakfast buffet and lunch options are average and manageable. The staff is very good and cooperative. Location is also very good. The road to the resort is little challenging though.

I came here in December and enjoyed my stay. The location is isolated in a beautiful Tea Plantation away from any sort of noise or traffic. We woke up amidst mist and cold winds. The resort has small play areas for kids to enjoy in and also breakfast is placed outside when the weather permits. We went on a small trek to a nearby hilltop and enjoyed our climb. The food was tasty and was provided without delay. Special thanks to Mrs. Divya and Mr. Anand who kept checking up with us in case we needed something and provided it to us quite quickly. The location is pretty internal and we couldn’t go out for walks into the nearby city. Please bring your own vehicle in case you want to travel because the only other means of transport is a cab which was a little expensive for us.

Best place for a weekend getaway. Very good rooms and services. Good food and view from the resort. They also have activities like tea trekking and mountain trekking which is a very good thing and included in your stay. Will definitely recommend to others

Pros- A beautiful location.Spacious and clean room.Some rooms have good views and some dont! But the resort has some beautiful views among the misty hills.A good room heater.A enjoyable mountain trek available right within.Some indoor activities( table tennis).A decent bonfire with some music.A few experienced and friendly staff, trying to accommodate everything you ask for. The cons - A slightly steep road leading to the resort. Not so clean towels and mats! An outdated geyser in the bathroom making you wait 20 mins for water( when they are charging you a star hotels rate).An absolutely dull looking restaurant.Average food and average service in the restaurant.Very few experienced staff.Poor hygiene. Enjoyed our stay because of the location and the few staff.

Stayed here over the last weekend. I booked the royal suite. This stayed true to the amenities seen in the pictures. But the view from the room was a bit of disappointment. Only the rooms on the floor 1 will have the views you see online or on the pics. The 4 rows in the ground floor will not have the views as you see online. I did prefer the ones that had good views over the call, but i was told that all rooms have the same view which is not true. First floor will be preferred for folks who book longer stays. Also note - the rest room for royal suite is on the front side of the room where you can hear people talking from outside as there is a store room next to the suite which I felt is bit of privacy concern. Complimentary breakfast was okay, the cleanliness and the taste was average compared to my other resort stays. We did have dinner on the previous day - This was pretty good and was made on time. Except for the views on one of sides facing the Kotagiri road, my family didn't find anything exceptional in the stay. Overall - Recommended only for families that prefer indoors. Note: There is some maintenance work going on and you can see dust / noises around it as well.
