Definitely will not prefer this. Location and view is great. The beach attached is also great, but we saw A SNAKE in our room. Literally, it was the WORST room experience ever. Rooms are too much shady, AC not working properly, bathrooms so unhygienic. The only good thing is the beach attached.

There was construction going on when we were there, which the manager did lie that it’s not going to be long or loud.. for an entire week we had all day long very loud noise and dust😔there was water shortage while showering and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Clearly the manager only wants to get your money and he doesn’t know what being a host means.you cannot have constructions and accommodate guests at the same time.

Location is best due to beach side and splendid view of sunrise but staff is not at all supportive. There was Very pathetic conditions of their huts (bed full of turmites, very dirty bathrooms, danger of snakes as door do not close properly) which they offer at a cheaper rate. Their HM series rooms are good. Cleanliness is something you may miss overall due to sea shore and their staff. Their is no room service. Manager's no. Is not reachable at all times. Hotels restaurant is just OK. Best nearby restaurant is Anju coco Resto.

Both the owner and manager are rude in nature. Service was very poor rooms are not cleaned. Bedsheet are teared there are 4-5 holes in bed sheet. 3-4 Dogs are sleeping in front of my room every time. No breakfast, no tea, no food serve you before 11:00AM. I booked Honeymoon Suit AC room but in my Room AC was not running both the days, manager said electricity not coming but at he same time my friend stayed in another hotel adjoining to this hotel, AC was running. Overall Pls dont go with this hotel prices are very high and services are very low. Shangrilas is very good hotel adjoining to this.
