I booked the room directly with the hotel including breakfast and dinner. When I reached there, I was happy to see the hotel property and spacious room. But the service was pathetic. Buffet dinner started approx 08:45 pm and taste was okay. I was told that my room has electric geyser but there wasn't. They have solar panel for hot water which is good but what is the use of it if you cant get hot water in the winter morning. When I informed them, they assured to provide hot water in few minutes but it was only normal water not hot enough for December morning. My family had to take bath with normal water and at one time there was no cold water even in the tap. My friend requested for a water bottle for their room and I requested for tea at 7:30 am in the morning but there was no service. Finally, we went for a breakfast at 9:00 am and it was good. We complained about our worse experience and they had no answer. It's pathetic experience special in the winter morning. However, I've no complaint for the staff as they are doing their job with available resources. But they also need improvement. Had the service been not poor, I would have given 4-5 star. 2 stars are only for the nice property and spacious room.

Very poor service - no hot water in winter morning, had to take bath with cold / normal water. I booked directly with the hotel with dinner and breakfast, two rooms, one for my family and the other for my friend's family. I was told the room had electric geyser so there would be hot water available, which is primary and basic requirement in December month winter weather. Rather they have solar panel heating, in the morning there was no hot water available. Even after repeated complaints, the staff had no solution, was only saying wait for some more time. After waiting for long, we had to take bath with normal /cold water and after some time, that too also stopped coming. Buffet dinner also started late at around 8:50 pm. Food was okay. I asked for a water bottle at 7:45 am, and my friend asked for a cup of tea at same time, which never came. The rooms were big enough and decent and hotel provided both rooms adjacent on my request which is nice but the poor service spoiled our stay experience. Overall a nicely built property and room but giving two stars for the very poor service provided to us during stay.

These past days have been an exceptional experience. The welcome, the service, the variety of food catering to all tastes and the overall atmosphere are unique to this place. We were indeed privileged to receive this level of attention that our sincere wish is to come again and again to savour the environment and people. An exquisite place we would happily recommend to all our acquaintances and friends. Keep it up 👍

We had visited to attend a wedding and had a wonderful stay. The staff was super helpful and the food was absolutely delightful. The rooms in tents were the highlight for me. The interiors are done up in keeping with high-end comforts, but the rustic feel of staying in a tent is achieved too. As soon as you step out onto your porch you're surrounded by Gooseberry trees and nature. One of the most comfortable and interesting Resort stays I've had to date.
