Rooms are fairly maintained, if not very nicely. Room service is quite slow. Food options are good. Around 1 km from main Prem Mandir entrance. Property is good overall.

This is a great place to stay in Vrindavan Starts from spacious rooms with mouth watering food. Resort is neat and clean with all modern amenities. Special Thanks to General Manager of Hare Krishna Orchid resort who had ensured that our stay is comfortable & smooth. Thanks to entire team of Hare Krishna orchid to making this visit memorable.

Booked this hotel as it seemed to be fairly central to all that we wanted to see and price was reasonable. It definitely is not 5 star, maybe 3 star? The shower didn't work in the bathroom, so back to basics and jug and bucket it was! The bidet spray, kept on leaking, so had to turn it off from the mains after use. The bathroom floor wasn't really that clean, so I washed with flip flops on. The room was a decent size with an open plan sitting and dining area. The fridge available was a good idea...but pointless as everytime you took your key out, it turned off the electricity supply. The food is amazing....both room service and breakfast. The men in the reception area were more polite and accomodating than the female staff. They also need to make it clearer when booking which block you are in, we went to the main reception and she informed us we were in block C which was 5 minutes walk away. It's not the walk that is the issue, its the fact that we had our luggage and there was no offer to assist us in taking the luggage. We stay this hotel for 8 nights with group booking.This is not even one star hotel bathroom was Small dirty with bad smell.No safety no locker in room no digital lock. Shower in room like water fall I complain Many time they haven’t fixed at all.No Wi fi In room from day one till we checked out. My request to all travelers not stay in this hotel to waste your money. They publish 4 stat but I can’t give one star Hotel. Very poor service No Maintenance at all, They care about Marriage party not to care for others.

The old property is just a waste of money. They are charging 3.5k for a poorly old maintained room. No towels in the bathroom, no shower caps , no menu. One can't come out of the hotel at night. The surroundings are really poor. The corridor area had a very a bad smell and when we complained to the receptionist, he literally said that his nose is blocked so he can't do anything with it. They have fixed the shower at a height of 5ft approx, poorly designed. I didn't expected this type of hospitality from them.
