Me and a friend booked a twin room for 5 nights here, but when we arrived, the room seemed to be very small and had a wall for a view from their balcony for which we were going to pay 24,000. But the worst part is the constant smell of mold. When we complained about it, they showed us another room which had a worse smell. Then, to retain us, the manager showed us to a suite, which was also moldy and in a different section of the building. I'm not sure what the deal was with the mold, but I am guessing there was some water leakage in the structure in this past monsoon season. The place seems to be nice and quite, and the staff's service was good, but we couldnt stand the smell of mold, so we requested to cancel our booking and the manager was kind enough to return us our money. The other drawback is the location. It's kind of far from the beach. All in all, the place is not worth the money more over the fact that MOLD is everywhere in every room they showed us. I was not going to write this review, but I felt like some people might give in to the pressure of not asking their money back and end up staying in moldy place while paying a lot of money. Hope they fix the mold smell. Please make sure you check how the rooms are not smelling like mold before making a payment. Guys 😊

The biggest issue is the approach to the hotel. Very difficult to get into the place in your car. The service is not that great (at times they delay a lot) but the food is really good and also the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We had 4 days booking with Agoda. Agoda made a mess of our booking. When we arrived there we were shocked. But manager Manjeet sorted out the issue with such a courtesy without any arguments and with honest intentions. Other staff were just as nice as Manjeet. Good facility. Very friendly staff. Very clean. One feels totally safe in this facility so guests can really relax and enjoy Goa Food here is very good too. Highly recommended.
