The rooms had old furniture. The bathroom had a pretty dated setup. They need a lot of improvement in their parking infrastructure. They have a pretty steep slope to get out of the hotel parking.

The rooms were not very clean. The washrooms looked very old and not maintained properly. The room service is poor. The breakfast menu is good and taste is good as well. The reception staff was good, they provided me the rooms before the check in time.

It's like a villa and you will feel like staying in a resort. Wonderful swimming pool. Good food. Rooms are spacious not like the Star hotel. Bar ambience good but no good stuff available. Cycle ride there. Overall enjoyed the stay. Hotel 5 kms away from main city.

I really loved the ambience of our room.The hotel looked royal.The breakfast they provide is healthy and tasty .they serve including dessert.In room there is a kettle and heater and AC available, with wardrobe. The table has made of wood which was highlight of the room. They was also swimming pool when we were it was under maintenance and there was a gym.. They was also provide lunch and dinner and restaurant is inside the hotel..

Had a fairly good experience with the stay at Heritage Residency. I have previously as well been a customer to Heritage Residency about 4-5 years back. I strongly suggest that the Management needs to give more focus on the maintenance of the Rooms. I experienced a huge deterioration in the maintenance of the room as compared to my previous visit. Basic factors like the curtains being dirty and the wall paining peeling off was disappointing. Also another point I would like to add is that the pricing of the Hotel is more or less the same as compared to all other Hotels in the area but basic facilities like Tea-coffee Room services are highly expensive which is unfair . The Hotel is about 4-5 kms from the main temple and there is no Bus connectivity and hence the guests will have depend on Auto services in case they don’t have a private transport arranged. As I was a tourist guest, I had a requirement for an early check-in but the management was highly incorporative with some negotiations on the check-in and check-out timing which was a huge disappointment. The Hotel is overall a fine place for the stay and I would definitely recommend Heritage Residency if the management is willing to improvise their services accordingly.
