What a memorable visit it was! Loved the ambience, rooms, food and the staff was also polite and eager to provide quality service. Well maintained and managed. I still can't forget the taste of the Pakoras which were served as evening snack. Also the view of Himalayan Range is very beautiful from the hotel and no need to go to other view points. Very good experience and Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was an awesome experience to stay couple of days in beautiful resort. The location is beautiful, you can see all the great snow mountains from your rooms and entire property. People are really friendly and helpful, providing all the possible services. Awesome food, great people and service and last but not the least - bonfire on cold nights adds cherry on the cake.

Wow!! Amazing stay! Rooms are well maintained and well equipped with Heater, Wifi, 24x7 Geyser! Double decker beds for kids, view of Himalayan snow mountains through big glazed windows. Service was appreciably better and staff were more efficient and polite with smiling faces. We have been offered pure veg jain food too. Do not skip the breakfast in here. Property was lovely and pleasant. Provided with bone fire, Music, games etc. last but not least, Value for Money!! thank you Heritage.

Location is great, with a breathtaking view. Staff are few but very polite and hardworking. Food was hot,fresh and delicious, given to us really quickly, and the serving sizes are XXL, they really pamper you with food. A nice bonfire in evening to beat the cold, good music and a lovely sitout_Absolutely happy with all of that !! Rooms hv a small coil heater, can be problematic in very cold nights. Also hot water comes with a delay. No lift and many steps hence not recommended for elderly or ppl with disabilities. So youngsters, this is a great place for all of you who can toil up n down a few steps.
