Stay at Hibis Hotel and Resorts, Morjim, Goa was a terrible experience. The hotel is run down and the room maintenance is poor. Do not go by the pictures put on their website. Non of the electrical plug points were working except one. The telephone in the room was not working and even after complaining it was not repaired. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic. While booking they make several promises to get the business, with no intention of delivering on those agreed upon. They had agreed for late check out at booking but when we went to settle the bills they charged for a full extra day. The staff was pleasant and nice but unable to respond to our needs probably based on instructions from above. The people to whom you talked while booking are nowhere to be seen and you end up talking to a "manager" who behaves that he knows nothing of what was discussed. Why would we have lunch at your restaurant at 4 pm ( as mentioned in your response) when the food served is awful.

Nice place for Family. Very near to the beach. They have decent parking space for cars and bikes. Food was good. Hotel staff was very helpful. Small swimming pool... Good for kids. Rooms were not maintained properly. I think they should renovate all rooms.. Overall it was good experience.

Since this is the closest property to Morjim beach the location is amazing. Food was also amazing. Even if one is just visiting Morjim beach one can stop there to grab a bite. The property is not new and hence exudes old world charm and matches Goa's laid back and relaxed style. One drawback is that it is located at the northernmost point of Goa .

very bad service , food is horrible. Air-conditioning water was dripping all over the room. rooms are very small with no place to move around. buffet was bad with every item cold or over. property is very badly maintained. pools was a muddy pool and non operational. The Reply of 1)Stop doing cut and copy paste for all your reviews 2) we came to for breakfast at 10:15 not 11. I think you have cctv camera, you can paste the photos of what time we came 3) I dont know for unknown reasons you can read minds and come to know we are enjoying the foods. have you tasted your own food. writing further on reviews at night 1:15 all lights were off. there was no1 around doors were locked. cocktail what we ordered was so bad he didn't know to mix it.
