Bad things:- 1.zero room service no welcome tea or water because always kitchen is closed. 2.No one help to take luggage u have to do by yourself. 3.biggest issue is the power low voltage.you wnt get hot water from gyser infect your mobile charger ,hairdryer dnt work properly. They said all kasol has same issue you will get proper power supply in night after 12 pm. In same price you get more better hotel in kasol. Good thing:- only river view from hotel.

The room was not hygienic, full of bottles and veggies under the bed. Also we had to fight for room with a balcony although there were no many customers there. Never met the host but the staff there was terrible, not at all interested to talk to the customers, worst behaviour. Kitchen service is also worst. Location is 2km from Kasol market and 1.5km from manikaran

Pretty average place in terms of room but the room service is really something that i would appreciate here. It is on the road but this place is good if you only want the room and nothing else

The hotel is 2kms away from the main market and if you do not know how to drive a scooty/bike the only thing you need to do is walk to your hotel or else take a bus from the main market(frequency less). You will get much better and tranquil environment hotels near the market. Do not go by the dark colour bed sheets as they do not change them. Garbage are present under the beds even after telling the hotel staff , they did not clean them. You will not get water, sometimes you need to fill the bottles from the nearby tap. Zero hospitality. Food is awful. Behavior is rude and also the staff need to understand how to take care of their guests.

Overall a decent hotel for a decent price.The place is in outskirts and there is no access to hospitals. Medical shops are also very less and don't have all kinds of medicines. Room was decent and could be improved as it was missing fan, mirror in room and also ventilation was less. Service is bit slow and could be fastened. Things are sold at a costly rate in kasol and laundry service was very costly in this hotel. The location is 2 to 3km away from market and it is bit difficult to get things in case of emergency. Also it is not very safe at night
