My family visited this hotel yesterday We were 4 people and when we visited rooms, we saw that the towels blankets and linen were very dirty. The lights of the room were dim and the TV was not working . From the outside the place looks very beautiful but inside it was not clean the waiters very not giving water bottles

Exterior of the place is very nice... my only reason to book for my stay. Rooms are fine as well - but the bathroom is what is a mess.. No proper drainage and discharge system, water accumulated in the western toilet area, which is adjacent to the bathing area.. Stinking, Mosquitoes were the after effects of this water logging (complaint i heard from other family staying during same date.) Breakfast area was again not managed well, no sufficient food and long waiting periods for everyone. Quality of idlis was terrible. On top of all this, the charges were no where justifying this bad basics ... way too high . So all in all - If the bathroom facility is improved, Foodzone is well managed and then tariffs reconsidered - i will certainly recommend..

A pathetic place to book. We booked for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hospitality is the last thing to expect here. First we were greeted with dirty pillows, bedsheets and washroom On request, it was changed reluctantly. This is the first hotel that charges for water Geyser was not working on one room, which they changed on 2nd day Geyser was not working in the other room on second day, which they didn’t bother to fix. Lock of one room was stuck and 1 hr was taken to break the lock. Water( which as paid for) was served to room after an hour. Hotel staff were highly drunk during the evening after 8 pm. Totally a horrible experience. A bad hotel despite having good infrastructure

Overall Worst experience with stay and food by our Customer this week only. No maintenance at all, inside the Hotel at all.. As per this category, many facilities were missing in the Rooms - no soap, toiletry kit, kettle or other benefits. For everything, we need to fight with staff... Food is also pathetic -- no taste at all. Only location is good and outer look for photos.
