We were in this hotel few days back and we were not very happy with the service or the attitude of the team in charge. They did not seem to have basic things in place and staff did not care about the needs of its guests. Dinner was very good , breakfast was OK. Room cleanliness was OK but wardrobes etc weren't checked properly before the earlier guests left. Half eaten food packets were not even cleaned from the room. Service manager in charge overall seemed to be irritated ...

Very good hotel, extremely warm and friendly staff. They upgraded us to a platinum room which was a welcomed surprise. They served us some extremely delicious grape juice on entry. Rooms were and great and the location is perfect. Would 100% recommend it.

We were in this resort just 3 days back. We did not find the staff very friendly. Infact I was down with fever and when asked they did not even have a paracetamol handy. We asked it since it was raining and we' were unable to go out. We found the staff quite cold in their overall approach. The manager in charge( not sure about the name) infact seemed to be irritated and not in a mood to listen to anything we told. Also the day we checked in, in one of the wardrobes there were half eaten boxes left which wasn't thrown in the trash. So not sure how and when they did they clean the room. And what cleanliness checks they have. After reading lot of reviews about the hotel we finalised it. This is solely our experience during the stay.
