I had a fantastic 6-day stay at Hostels mantra in Mumbai! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed with how well they maintained the rules and ensured a safe and pleasant environment. The timely cleaning services kept everything spotless. The hostel’s decoration created a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend Hostels mantra for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Mumbai!

The stay was value for money. We got the two private rooms (they were adequate for a small visit, the room with twin beds needs some renovation work in the washroom). The staff is courteous and helpful. The complementary breakfast was decent. Only con was the fact that there was no housekeeping done for our 3 nights stay.

A great affordable hostel in Mumbai. The location quite far from central Mumbai however this allows for a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff and guests are extremely friendly and very helpful! I would stay here again (:

Cleanliness was missing plus ac was not properly working. Mattress and pillow were also not comfortable. They are even charging to use washing machine. Only good thing was breakfast, which had options and was healthy . but they ask guests to do dishes .... don't know what to say abt it. Earlier was staying here regularly but then a guy on reception who claimed to be the owner asked me not to click pics of bed as he has registered the design of it... was very stupid reaction. So it discontinued and after a long time I visited and i don't regret not coming here.

Rooms and bathrooms are smelly. Water bottle not available. Flies are there over the breakfast area. Person at the front desk not at all accommodating. After writing the reviews they will come back and say the problem is with us. Not worth your time. Much better options available. Dont go for cheap options. The reply is totally baseless. I have a booking confirmation for dorm room which i booked. Rather than accepting your mistake you are blaming everything on the customer. If still people want to try, please go ahead. It is just that you all will be dissapointed.
